Anyone know if the Barmouth bridge is still open to motorcycles?

After crossing the bridge from the Barmouth side, take a left and about two miles further on there is a cracking u/c road on the right which goes up to the Cregennen Lakes via a couple of gates. I am not against motorcycles using it.
