This book got better the further along it went. Brandon Mull's creativity and cleverness always blow me away! SUSPENSE Series fans, at least, will take this outing (and clear evidence of more to come) in stride. Cole is dedicated to helping the High Shaper’s daughter Princess Mira rebel against him, while also trying to find his friend and the girl he likes, Jenna, who was kidnapped from Arizona and brought to the Outskirts along with Cole.

Yeah well Death Weavers came along and put a quick end to that. The inclusion of a book’s review does not constitute an endorsement by Focus on the Family. I totally recommend the rest of the series, also. CHILDREN'S ACTION & ADVENTURE FICTION, by

2016 can't come any slower now!!

To complete this phase of the quest, Cole must cross over to the echolands (to basically be a temporary ghost).

The action commences after a rambling recap and a warning not to laugh or smile on pain of being forced to read Sarah Plain and Tall. There are no summaries for this title yet. Death Weavers had a cool supernatural/ghostly/spooky feel to it, which I have never read much about. Brandon’s greatest regret is that he has but one life to give for Gondor. Five Kingdoms book four, "Death Weavers", by Brandon Mull is about Cole and his friends looking for Honor and Destiny Pemberton.

Some people fall in love. A female echo named Keko starts following Cole, offering him assistance. To start, in an alternate ending to the previous episode, Principal Krupp ends up in prison (“…a lot like being a student at Jerome Horwitz Elementary School, except that the prison had better funding”).

Another excellent installment in this fabulous series. Brandon Mull continues to amaze me with his vibrant imagination. Mira, Honor, Destiny, Cole and Jace all touch the fragment of the Founding Stone to meet the vision of Dandalus again. Sando offers to give Cole information about where Destiny has been, in exchange for a favor.

Hunter shoots Tuto in the chest with a crossbow quarrel. Sando says that there are two kinds of echoes: live echoes with a lifespark (energy, creativity, freewill) and dead echoes whose lifespark has moved on beyond the echolands.

Cole uses a magical rope to lasso a piece of the powerful Founding Stone away from Ramarro before he can use it.

. This is the 15th book I have read by Brandon and I am still completely pleased by how he creates completely different worlds, realms, kingdoms, characters, etc. The mysterious horse then runs away.

I think I have a new favorite place and it's the Echolands! Her music is unsettling, and she even attacks him by freezing him with magic, but he manages to escape her. Dav Pilkey I enjoyed the last five kingdoms book more. And some people fall in love with books about falling in love.

Biza. Partly because shaping in Necronum is very interesting. Oh my gosh! Now he has to deal with ghosts! He is recognized as the hero of the Outskirts and currently lives in Mesa, Arizona. The author spins a big, fluent, not entirely earnest yarn, but he seems to be stuck on certain plot devices. liked this book, but I really wanted to like it more than I did. Cole and his friends search for Destiny and Honor Pemberton, as well as Cole and Dalton's, friend Jenna, who is at the Temple of Still Water. Unbeknownst to Cole, their biggest enemy is not King Pemberton but is Nazeem, one of the two Torivors in their world, powerful beings, imprisoned in sanctuaries bound by enchantments, who would take over the world given the chance. The character development is considerably awesome due to there being lots of characters.

Trapped in a world where magic is powerful and dreams are real, Cole’s epic adventure continues in book four of the.
