Second Chance Companions- offers assistance to residents in Clark county and surrounding communities. Kitsap Human Society- this program is open to residents who have a qualifying income. Update 10/13/2020: The Spay & Save program has resumed spay/neuter surgeries at the Oregon Humane Society.
