History

Atlas International Freight Fwd. Inc. was established in 1986 to provide Full Freight and Distribution Services Worldwide.

Atlas' key Executives immediately set up agencies all over the world and at the same time established facilities across Canada. This marked the beginning of our Global Network.

We are currently located in our new 65,000 sq. ft. cargo distribution center located at 6365 Northwest Drive, Mississauga, Ontario., minutes away from Toronto International Airport.

Our new Bonded Warehouse allows us to handle both Import and Export traffic around the World utilizing all modes of transport. It also facilitates Warehousing and Distribution to provide "One stop Service" for all our clients. Additional services include cold storage and housing refrigerated cargo.

Atlas opened its USA Head Office in Miami, Florida in 1996. This location facilitates the movement of traffic to and from the Carribean and Latin America.

For automation, Atlas has selected the optimal traffic management system to cover all aspects of its traffic and distribution services including import and export shipment documentation, consolidation, reporting and financial analysis. The fully computerized system puts us at the head of the information highway in the transportation industry.
