Like their downtown location, the seating area is pretty cramped. My favorite one from here is the Tiramisu Bubble Waffle. I tried the robson location long time ago and remember it was good. This place is definitely my favorite place for bubble waffle. .css-12anxc3{width:24px;height:24px;display:inline-block;vertical-align:middle;position:relative;overflow:hidden;top:-0.1em;fill:currentColor;}.css-12anxc3::before{position:absolute;display:block;left:0;}.css-12anxc3::after{content:'';display:block;position:absolute;left:0;right:0;top:0;bottom:0;}.css-12anxc3 svg{position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;fill:inherit;display:block;left:0;top:0;right:0;bottom:0;}28, Find more Bubble Tea near The Bubble Tea Shop, Find more Desserts near The Bubble Tea Shop, "Cute little store with OAT MILK BBT!! Our friend really enjoyed his pineapple slush with coffee boba. The giant scoop of vanilla ice cream was a lot - there were more ice cream than bubble waffle. It was a light dessert to be shared between 2 people. I threw it away after mixing flavoured creamer and condensed milk. WHAT?!!?!?! I'd come back for the mango mojito next time I'm in town. Everytime I shop at Superstore, I have a craving to stop by and get one of their waffles (since they are located in the Superstore parking lot). It is on the very sweet side even with the icing on the side but who's counting calories at this point anyways. Menu is way too big and extensive. My besty got Black Sesame($8.35) and Mango ($8.35 as well and it was for someone else) , and I got duo cup of Matcha and Thai milk tea. I went here with a friend after strolling False Creek on July 18th.

I usually visit at least once when in Richmond BC. The service is good but the bubble tea was not so good . I wish I knew what kind of mango it was, because it was so soft and sweet with a deep egg yolk color. When I came in, the shop was packed so I was excited to try my first boba in Vancouver. Élites, laissez-nous un commentaire ci-dessous pour…, That is exactly what I was looking for, Ari. They also have slush on the menu. None of us knew there would be a BBT place in this neighborhood and thank God, we found this place.

This place was a nice surprise. It has a mini market inside, you can buy some stuffs as well. I think the mango pudding would be good with a fruity drink or other sweet flavour like vanilla which could help bring out the mango flavour, but with the minimally sweet Thai tea it didn't work so well.I also got their Matcha Red Bean Egg Waffle. I do wish the egg waffles themselves were a little warmer, as it seemed they sat there for a while. The cornflakes were all the way at the bottom, and it was pretty hard to get out.

The flavor isn't too milky nor too sweet.” more, “I discovered this place via UberEats while looking for Bubble Tea delivery. I would definitely come back whenever I'm in Vancouver!

Based on the other reviews, this place is very promising.Be sure to check out the specialty items that are displayed with individual photos on the counter side. No ice cream in my drink. To add to this it was $9 for a drink that is just poor tasting. The food took a little while to be made. Perfect! Plenty of parking in the garage and outdoor lots. Their dessert menu looks great but my mind changed after their not so impressive "bubble tea", 1 other review that is not currently recommended. There's ample seating and against the walls are shelves of goodies you can buy, including reusable cups and straws for bubble tea drinks.
