The FORD NEW HOLLAND 8360 tractor was manufactured in England between 1996 and 1999 and is larger than the FORD NEW HOLLAND 8260 model. We bought competive tractors and took them apart for us engineers to look at. They had an 18x6 powershift and a 24x12 syncroshift I think. Technically speaking, the 8360 and your TW10 don't even share the same paint. I'm more of a Deere guy than anything also and after owning one ford, it's a decent tractor, but I won't take another one. ×

In the end it was the alternator which we never realised was connected somehow to the PTO. I am asking these questions because I have only used John Deere's and know nothing about Ford/New Holland tractors.
