So my first suggestion is to try a different browser - Firefox and Chrome tend to work best (if you're using one, try the other).

The auto sign-in is usually caused by the network your device is connected to, and using cellular data will bypass the network long enough for you to sign-in (don't forget to turn WiFi back on after you try this).

So last night after trying EVERYTHING possible, I finally got logged in!! Then once I’m finally able to watch episodes, they will often skip. That is my lone complaint with regard to TV Everywhere apps on Roku.

It took a few hours to track down the culprit.

Finally, the codes are only good for one use and they do expire. So if you try a code and it doesn't work, you will need to refresh your TV screen and grab a new code. Thanks - I tried that workaround but it gives me a message that Investigation Discovery is not included in my DirecTV package - even though it is & I can watch on a TV. Now launch the TLC Go app once the download is completed.
